Return & Refund Policy – Thriving Lives Program

Thank you for purchasing from Thriving Lives Program. This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for digital products sold on ThrivingLivesProgram.com.

1. Digital Product Policy

We currently sell one digital product:

  • An NLP Guidance Audio File, between 20 to 30 minutes long, delivered instantly via email after successful payment.

Because this is a digital download, once the file is delivered, it cannot be returned. Therefore:

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances.

2. Instant Email Delivery

After your payment is completed through Razorpay:

  • You will receive an immediate email containing the audio file.
  • Make sure your email address is correct while placing the order.
  • If you do not see the file, please check your spam/junk folders.

3. If You Didn’t Receive Your Audio File

If the product was not delivered due to a technical issue, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Your name.
  • The email address used for purchase.
  • Your Razorpay payment ID.

We will re-send the file after verification.

4. Incorrect Purchases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Change of mind.
  • Not liking the content after downloading.

Please review your order and email details carefully before confirming payment.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store or access your card or banking details.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your permission, please contact:

  • Razorpay Support.
  • Your bank or card provider.
  • And notify us at info@thrivinglivesprogram.com.

We will assist you in verification, but refunds will only follow Razorpay’s dispute process.
