Thriving Lives Program does not ship any physical products. All our offerings are digital goods, including the NLP Guidance Audio (20–30 minutes).

1. Digital Delivery

After a successful Razorpay payment, customers receive their purchased audio file instantly via email. No physical delivery or shipping is required.

2. Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 minutes due to server or email delays.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive the audio file, please check your spam folder. If still not received, contact us at info@thrivinglivesprogram.com and we will resend it promptly.

4. No Physical Shipping

Since we do not sell or ship physical goods, there are no shipping fees, logistics, or tracking details involved.
