Thriving Lives Program is owned and operated by Rohini Jain (Proprietor), based in Gurgaon, Haryana. We offer NLP-based guidance, digital audio content, and emotional wellness programs for students, adults, and professionals.

2. Use of Website & Services

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian purchasing for a child.
  • You will not use the audio file or website content for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • You will provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.

3. Account Creation

To view bookings, services, or access certain pages, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be misused.

4. Product Information

Our website currently sells one digital product:

  • A paid NLP Guidance Audio File (between 20 to 30 minutes long), delivered via email after successful payment.

This is a digital-only product; no physical items are shipped.

5. Usage Rights

At present, the audio file is allowed to be shared. However, this may change in future updates. Future Terms may include:

  • Restricting sharing.
  • Allowing only personal use.
  • Protecting intellectual property more strictly.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information.
  • Not misuse or attempt fraudulent transactions.
  • Allow Razorpay to securely process your payment details.

We do not store or access your card or banking information.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds are provided for digital products once purchased. As the NLP guidance audio file (between 20 to 30 minutes long) is delivered instantly via email, all sales are final.

8. Communication for Child Sessions

To ensure safety:

  • We do not contact any child directly.
  • All communication, scheduling, and session details are strictly handled only through the parent or guardian.

This applies to all student-specific programs.

All content on this website — including text, audio, graphics, videos, and branding — is the property of Thriving Lives Program.

You may not:
